Pawel Zagumny

Pawel Zagumny

He plays volleyball for the club ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle and also for the Polish national team, in which he debuted in 1998. 

Zagumny is widely considered as the best setter in the world.

In 2006 he was awarded the best setter of the FIVB World Championships in Japan, where the Polish national team won a silver medal.In 2007 he was named the best setter of FIVB World League in Poland, Katowice.In 2008 he won the best setter award at the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.

Zagumny was in the Polish squad when the Polish national team won the gold medal at the European Championship in 2009, where once again he was named Best Setter.

In 2011 he gained a silver medal at the World Cup.

In 2012 won a gold medal at the World League 2012 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

His latest achievement was the extraordinary gold medal win at the recent world championships held in Poland. The best moment in his career happened in 2014 when with the Polish national team he won the gold medal at the World Championship.

Andrzej Wrona

Andrzej Wrona

He is a Polish volleyball player, member of Polish National Team. Currently, he plays for the Polish club PGE Skra Belchatów (since 2013), current winner of the Polish league.

He debuted in PlusLiga in the 2007/2008 season, when he played for Domex Tytan AZS Częstochowa. With this club, he won a silver medal at the Polish Championship and Polish Cup in 2007/2008.

In the next three seasons, he played for Delecta Bydgoszcz, where he was the primary player. His high level of performance opened the way to the national team.

Andrzej proudly wears a gold medal around his neck from the 2014 World Championship.


Marcin Możdżonek

Marcin Możdżonek

He is a member of the Polish national team playing in the middle-blocker position.

He debuted in the Polish national team in 2007 (during the match Poland – Argentina). Mozdzonek was in the Polish squad when the Polish national team won the gold medal at the European Championship 2009.

With the Polish team, he won three other medals in 2011 – silver at World Cup and two bronzes at World League and European Championship.

He is a gold medalist of the World League 2012 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Currently, he plays for the Polish club ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle (since 2012).

Last September he reached the highest point of his career: he won the World Championship with the Polish team.
