Natalia was born in Poland in 1984 but she grew up in Canada where she began her volleyball career at the age of 13. During her career she won various Provincial and National Championships and became a member of the Jr. National Volleyball Team. At the age of 17 she moved to the U.S.A to play volleyball on an athletic scholarship at George Mason University where she won 2 Conference Championships. She was also a member of the Student-Athlete Council and was chosen to represent George Mason at the National Student-Athlete Leadership Conference in 2005. She graduated with a B. S. E. D. in Physical and Health Education and speaks 3 languages fluently: English, Polish, and Italian. Natalia started working with VPA in April 2012 for the Polish market but as of 2013 her work load has increased to the A2 league, both male and female, as well as curing the female market in other European countries.
